What exactly is this event?
An afternoon of mimosas and perfume blending for women who want to make new friends. You choose what to create, explore a library of fragrance notes, and blend a scent that is entirely yours at one of Charlotte's most charming scent studios, seated with women we matched you with based on your form. Then we take our bottles out to the after party.
What does my $15 ticket cover?
Your ticket covers the friendship matchmaking, your reserved spot at the studio, and the afternoon itself. What you create is chosen and paid for at the studio, typically $25 to $45, so you are never locked into something you did not pick.
How does the Bestie Duo work?
The Bestie Duo is two tickets in one checkout for $30. Add her name and email at checkout. You will be seated together, with new matches at your table, and each of you chooses and pays for your own creation at the studio.
How much is it for Founding Members?
Founding Members reserve a seat with 5 of their 20 monthly credits, the same as a PO8 dinner, leaving 15 credits for the rest of the month. Your creation is purchased at the studio either way. See the Founding Membership.
I've never made perfume. Is that a problem?
Not at all. A fragrance expert walks you through every step. Half the fun is discovering what you love together.
Can I come alone?
Please do. Most of our guests come solo. You are matched before you arrive, so there is always a seat, and a conversation, waiting for you.
How does the matchmaking work?
You complete a short form at checkout about your interests, your social energy, the scents you love, and what you are looking for. We use it to place you with women you are likely to click with. Scan the QR code when you arrive and your table is revealed.
Where is this happening?
At a custom fragrance studio in Charlotte. The location is sent to you as soon as your seat is reserved, along with the after party details.
I'm sensitive to certain fragrances. What should I do?
Tell us on the matchmaking form at checkout. We will pass it along so your table is set with that in mind.
What if I'm running late?
Doors open at 11:30 AM and we begin right at 12:00 PM. The studio time is reserved for our group, so arriving on time gives you the full afternoon.
What if I can't make it?
